Hey Mary,
Finished your book last night it was so great! Inspirational! We all have our crosses to bear and we can either choose to let life pass us by and be defeated or we can live life, love, be grateful and be victorious. I really hope and I send all my good energy out to Cristian and yourself and I hope the book is a huge success and we all meet at Oprah!
It's funny - you and I are so much alike and the things you brought up, it was like wow I get it.
When I sent out my invitation for my book signing to my Toronto contacts I only choose a handful because I wasn't sure if people would be pleased with me sending anything to them that's personal. It's funny how you were among the 100 people that I chose considering I have 1800 contacts in my database for Toronto.
Frank Sinatra - he was my late brother's favorite singer...he would listen to him all the time. In fact for his funeral we played the songs all the time. It helped us . So when I was reading on pg 6 - Fairy tales came come true it can happen to you if you're young at heart... I started to cry, and then a few sentences down Cristian was crying.
When Cristian mentioned the moment he met you and how you had sparkles all around you and how your eyes sparkled I felt the same way when I met you. You have such a peaceful and welcoming aura about you.
You suffered from anxiety and panic attacks - me too. I used to be on effexor but after I read The Secret, decided that I no longer need it. Sometimes it's hard...how do you get through tough moments or days.
Your son struggled with substance abuse and my brother also struggled with substance abuse.
Your book was published in May 2008 my book was published in May....
Again I really loved the book and I wish you ALL THE BEST!!
